Road construction
For public and private clients, we construct roads, sewers, parking lots and the like, according to high quality standards and with more than 50 years of experience. Approval class 6 and VCA** certified.
Ground stabilization
Stabilizing and improving soil at construction sites is a particular specialty of our company. We can stabilize both vertically and horizontally, and this is an economical alternative to disposing of and dumping soil that has lost its bearing and binding.
Debris Recycling
We are pioneers and known experts in construction debris recycling. By monitoring from our own lab and external controls of our fixed and mobile crushing plants, customers enjoy guaranteed product quality.
- Fixed
For concrete, brick rubble and asphalt, which we crush and/or screen to obtain the desired granules. All materials produced are CE, COPRO and/or BENOR approved. - Mobile
For large quantities, we also come on site with our modern mobile crushing and screening plants. We can also produce CE, COPRO and/or BENOR products on site.

Soil cleaning
Biological
The basic principle of biological cleaning is to convert the oil present in the contaminated soil into harmless substances such as water and CO2. Usually, these contaminated soils come from gas stations, oil depots, leaking heating oil tanks, calamities...
Physical / chemical
Physico-chemical cleaning involves dividing a soil by special sequential techniques, into different fractions in order to remove the highly contaminated sludge and organic material from the soil batch and dispose of it. Other fractions can be reused as secondary backfill materials.
This technique is suitable for sandy to loamy soils contaminated with heavy oils (e.g., waste oil, motor oil, hydraulic oil), heavy metals (galvanic industry), PAHs (road works, gas plants) and chlorinated products (e.g., dry cleaning products, PCBs). Various mineral waste streams such as sweeping sand, sewage sludge, gully sludge, car wash sludge, etc... are also recycled into reusable materials via this technique...
Thermal
Heavily contaminated soils that cannot be cleaned using biological or physical/chemical methods can be processed using thermal cleaning techniques on condition that the contamination can be converted into the gas phase by heating. Typical contaminants for this are: heavy motor oil, PAHs, but also a heavy metal such as mercury.
Waste processing
Various contaminated mineral waste streams can be delivered to Carmans such as sweepings, sewage sludge, gully sand, carwash sludge, filter sand, sand from sand traps, sand from oil water separators...
