Aesthetic and acoustic finish

Our gabion finish is patented and one of a kind. The gabions are attached to the concrete stacking blocks and can be filled with lava rocks or other materials. This creates not only an aesthetic finish for the wall, but also an acoustic dampening effect that allows BLUEBLOCKS to be used as noise barriers.

Price-wise an excellent alternative to the well-known stone baskets as partition walls. The limited thickness of the gabion basket requires fewer stones for filling, while the solidity of the concrete stacking blocks guarantees the strength and stability of the wall.

Round studs

Instead of the traditional flattened square studs seen on concrete stacking blocks, at Carmans BT we chose round studs. This makes the resemblance to a Lego block even quicker. In addition to faster and more efficient placement, these studs also give our BLUEBLOCKS a more aesthetic appearance.

Blue Economy

Economy and ecology go hand in hand for us. We strive to power all our processes with renewable energy as much as possible and contribute to restoring sustainable balances in the materials cycle. A vision of which the BLUEBLOCKS are a distinct result and as a result they probably have the lowest carbon footprint of any concrete stacking blocks on the market.

Quality

Quality is the key word during the development and production process of our concrete stacking blocks. In the design, the greatest attention was paid to flexibility, ease of use and an aesthetic finish. The production, in turn, is done with our own raw materials from our soil cleaning activities that bear the COPRO seal of approval. As you can see, we leave nothing to chance at Carmans BT!
